As a Project Engineer, you independently execute projects and ensure a complete and accurate handover to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support teams upon completion. Additionally, you are involved in pre-sales activities, client visits, and technical account management. In this role, you independently carry out projects for Worxspace clients. You are responsible for clear and accurate communication with both the client and the internal organization regarding the project activities and their progress. Upon completion, you ensure a thorough handover of the project to your colleagues. For this, you will work with our central ITSM system, Autotask. You will also implement large-scale changes with potentially high impact and handle service tickets and RMM tickets at the 3rd line level, where deeper expertise is required. You have a positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
